Contracts Services: We work closely with our clients to manage and reduce their risk from commercial legal matters that may affect their businesses. We achieve this through taking a solution focussed and pragmatic view in the reviews and negotiation of client contracts.
Compliance Services: We work with clients to provide relevant internal compliance policies and procedures. We perform informal audits on existing policies and update them to ensure compliance
with applicable laws.
Training Services: We believe in empowering our clients. Our Zidals Contracts Training Program equips non-lawyers with knowledge to confidently review and negotiate terms and conditions. We also provide tailored Inhouse Contracts Training Courses to suit our client’s needs.

Chioma is an experienced and results oriented lawyer with over 16 years proven experience of negotiating and drafting complex contracts in the energy, technology, pharmaceutical and construction industry. When Chioma is not closing deals for her clients, she’s taking care of her children, volunteering in local charities and supporting community groups.
